Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Epifane is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

DELIVERY & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.

Epifane is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Epifane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
