Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY – EPIFANE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@epifane.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be approved before being sent back. The return address and detailed instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
